Emulsifier

An emulsifier is a substance that helps to combine two normally immiscible liquids, such as oil and water, to form a stable emulsion. In dog nutrition, emulsifiers are often used to ensure that the various ingredients in the dog food are evenly distributed and that the food has a uniform consistency. This can be important to optimize nutrient absorption and ensure that your dog receives all the necessary nutrients in the right amounts. Emulsifiers can be of natural origin, such as lecithin, or synthetically produced.
