  • Lactic acid bacteria: They produce lactic acid, which lowers the pH value and thus creates an acidic environment that is unfavorable for many harmful germs. Lactic acid bacteria also promote digestion and the immune system.
  • Photosynthetic bacteria: They use sunlight to produce organic acids and other substances that serve as food for other microbes. Photosynthetic bacteria also support the detoxification and regeneration of cells.
  • Yeasts: They produce B vitamins, amino acids and other enzymes that are important for metabolism. Yeasts also stimulate hormone production and blood circulation.
  • Actinomycetes: They produce antibiotic substances that are effective against pathogenic bacteria and fungi. Actinomycetes also improve soil quality and plant health.
  • Fungi: They decompose organic waste and build up humus. Fungi also help to control pests and diseases.

How does Emiko® EM-Mix work for dogs?

Emiko® EM-Mix can be applied to dogs in various ways. The most common areas of application are

  • Food supplement: Emiko® EM-Mix can be added to food or drinking water to strengthen the dog's digestion and immune system. The recommended dosage is 1 ml per 10 kg body weight per day. However, you can also adjust the amount to your dog's individual state of health.
  • Coat care: Emiko® EM-Mix can be used as a spray or rinse to clean and care for your dog's coat. The microbes help to remove dirt, odors and parasites and make the coat shiny and smooth. You can make a diluted solution of 10 ml Emiko® EM Mixture and 1 liter of water and spray or massage onto the coat after washing.
  • Wound care: Emiko® EM Mix can also be used to treat small wounds or skin irritations. The microbes accelerate the healing process and prevent infections. For this purpose, an undiluted solution of Emiko® EM-Mix can be applied directly to the affected area or a bandage can be soaked in it.
