How do I feed my dog duck broth?

If you want to give your dog duck broth, there are a few things to keep in mind. For example

  • Choose a high-quality duck broth that contains no artificial additives or preservatives. It is best to make it yourself from fresh ingredients or buy it from a specialist shop.
  • Introduce the duck broth slowly by mixing it into their normal food or giving it as a treat. Start with small amounts and observe your dog's reaction.
  • Dose the duck broth according to your dog's size and activity level. A rule of thumb is about one tablespoon per 5 kg of body weight per day.
  • Pay attention to the hygiene and storage of the duck broth. Heat it to at least 70 °C before feeding and keep it in the fridge. Use within three days or freeze.
