Rabies is a fatal disease caused by the rabies virus. It can be transmitted from infected animals to humans and other animals, usually through a bite. Symptoms include aggression, foaming at the mouth, paralysis and fear of water. Without vaccination or timely treatment after infection, the disease is always fatal.
